We had a wonderful trip, and thanks for all your help and guidance. The Arena Hotel was perfect for us, and we had a very interesting and memorable day with Bulent in the old city.

We are certainly glad we went to Cappadocia, and the guide Ercan and the drivers all worked out splendidly.  And as I said to you, the Azur Hotel and the Olympos area were perfect for a bit of beautiful relaxation

First I want to thank you for a fantastic job in organizing our trip to Eastern Europe . It was a great experience for us, especially since most of lived under a communist regime and relate to the feelings of the people now that they are free. Besides,  the countries are beautiful, full of history and splendor.

The tour was very well organized, the hotels were very good, and the food was excellent.  All the arrangements were great.  The only problem we had was in Crakow, Our tour leader Ms. Gabriela Sudar was delayed in traffic and was not at the train station to receive us, but Ms. Magnolia Zielina (the local tour guide) was there and did the best she could.  The 14 of us had to wheel our luggage not only up and down the train station (no elevators) but for about 4 blocks to the hotel.  Ms Gabriela had no idea that the hotel could not be reached with the big bus and we had to request from her to make arrangements for our departure from Crakow, which she did with the hotel and they provided the service to take our suitcases to the bus, there was a small charge for this, but we were all so happy it was arranged. The Wawel hotel was excellent and the location perfect. I have to commend our local guide Ms. Magnolia Zielina for her great attitude, dispositon and knowledge.  Her Spanish and English were excellent and so was history knowledge.

I also would like to commend Ms Gabriela Sudar, she was very well organized, and would go out of her way to accommodate us and our wishes and at the same time following the rigid schedule of the trip. Her Spanish and English were also excellent. She made our trip very pleasurable.

All in all, your partner in Budapest did an excellent job with all the arrangements.  We are so happy with the tour that we are already thinking of the next one, which we hope you may be able to assist us. We highly recommend your services to our friends and associates.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, for this GREAT vacation!.  Everything was as planned. Everybody had a good time, the hotels were very good, well located and their restaurant's food excellent.  All the other restaurants we were taken were also excellent. Our tour guide Ms. Gabriella Sudar was very good, her Spanish and English was very very good, she is also an excellent historian.  I also want to comment on the guide on Krakow,  Ms. Malgosia Zielina, she was excellent and we enjoy the time with her very much.

The only inconvenient we had was when we arrived in Krakow, because the hotel Wawel is in the old town our big bus could not get up to the hotel's door and we had to walk up, with all the suit cases, for about 3 or 4 blocks. We asked Ms. Sudar and Ms. Zielina to get a small transportation to move the luggage at departure time.  They did and then it was OK.  Beside that I want to let you know that the Wawel hotel is a very nice and cozy hotel, it is all remodeled and so close to everything in the old town.  We enjoy it a lot. The guide in Vienna was not a good one but we had Gabriella and she explained everything and took us around to see more things to compensate.

Also, please, I want you to say THANKS to your partner in Budapest for helping you preparing this vacation, I know it was difficult because we were going to many different countries. But everything went well and very smoothly.  All the places we were to see outside the city were excellent.

There are 3 couples that are still in Paris, they are coming back in 2 days. So you probably will hear from the Anons and the Yaquintas later on.

Cem, one more time I want to thank you for this well organized vacation package.  I am looking forward to do  business with you again in the future.

Bill and I had the time of our lives in your beautiful city of Istanbul.

We couldn't have been more pleased with your services and those of your driver.

The Blue House met all of our needs and more.  We have been singing their praises to all who will listen.  We ate dinner every night on the roof to enjoy the lights on the Blue Mosque. What an amazing structure.

We took a ferry to see the Princess Islands by ourselves.  Just fascinating to watch the people and be a part of their lives as we traveled.

We would love to return someday, and you will be the first person contacted for more services.

Our lives have just now started to be normal again after our trip to Turkey. Everyone on the tour loved our experience and they continue to share photographs and memories of the trip.

We all want you to know much we appreciated all you did for us. We had a lot of fear to overcome and a lot of worries like the bird flue! Thankfully, all of our fears were unfounded and noone felt unsafe at all in Turkey. One of the biggest things we learnt is that Americans really are afriad of traveling in Turkey. But we all felt safer in your country than in ours!

Hopefully our experience and our documentary film will serve to put some of those fears to rest. Americans and Turks are natural friends by nature and personality. All of our travelers kept commenting on how comfortable they felt in your country.

Please feel free to use my e-mail to calm the fears of Americans traveling in Turkey and I hope it will serve to highly recommend Eurasia Tourism as a company that will go to any lengths to ensure the happiness and well-being of their clients. You took care of us as though we were family!
