SUPER CAMPAIGN: In every cruise; 5 (five) cabins situated in the back of the ship will be sold with the price of 49 TL per passenger. No additional discount will be applied for these cabins. The price is valid for the accomodation of at least 2 (two) passengers.

- 2 exterior suites are for 2 guests.
- 3rd and 4th person supplement is 99 TL in our suites.
- Children up to 12 years old can stay free of charge with their parents.
- We cannot provide extra bed in our standart cabins and french bed cabins.
- All our prices in TL and inclusive of V.A.T.
- Prices are exclusive of food and beverage.

Information regarding the vehicle transportation:
- Valet service (vehicle transportation service without the driver ) includes vehicule ticket rate and the service rate.
- The persons who want to benefit from this service, must deliver their vehicles to the ship on the seaport and must take back the same on the port of arrival.
- The tickets for the towed vehicles and yatchs shall be sold from the seaport offices or from the head office according to the availability of the ship.

Information regarding the discounts:
- Round-trip discount discount is valid only when the round trip ticket is purchased at the same time and when the ports are not changed in both of the tickets. The discount shall not be valid when one way travel is done.
- Round-trip discount is only applicable for the Pullman Seats and the Cabins and it does not cover valet service,vehicle and pet tickets.
- 2 discounts can not be used for one ticket

Information regarding pets:
- Cats and dogs shall travel in specially prepared animal shelters. The required explanations are stated in the carrying specifications.

Cancellations:
- You can cancel your tickets until 24 hours before the sailing without paying any cost.
- For the cancellations taking place after 24 hours to the sailing, the total amount of the ticket is cashed.

Changes:
- You can change your tickets until 24 hours before the sailing without paying any cost.
- 20 TL is cashed for the changes taking place after 24 hours to the sailing
- No changes are allowed before 2 hours to the sailing

Services and rates:
The service is provided in the scope as expressed in the publicity brochures, web page and cruise documents. Ship operator company reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement, to change the schedules of the cruise, to suspend the proceeding on the voyage and the carrying, in the events of unexpected and extraordinary situations (such as the situations like the weather conditions, sea situation, unavailability of harbour facilities . etc) and Denizciler Turizm ve Denizcilik A.Ş. shall perform it's best efforts for the excellent application way of the cruise schedule. The company reserves the right to change the rates of the cruise and the carryings in the events of increase in fuel prices and unexpected changes in the foreign exchange rates. The customers have the right to cancel the cruise and to ask back for the carrying payments when the prices increases exceed 5% or a serious change takes place in the travel services. In such cases, there shall be no charge demand from the customer.

Boarding time:
The passenger shall be on the seaport with his/her vehicle 1 (one) hour before the departure (boarding time for the ship) of the ship as the latest. The passengers who do not abide 'the on board time' shall lose their rights for the carrying services.
