Sightseeing
Tours in Istanbul and mini packages operate daily, unless otherwise
stated. Museums in general are closed on Mondays but alternatives
are on offer. |

RESERVATIONS |
|
|
|
Should
be made well in advance but no later than 45 days for groups
and 15 days for individiuals. |
|
|
|
DEPOSIT
& FINAL PAYMENT |

|
|
Full-payment
must be received in advance, in accordance with the type of
arrangements requested, with the following timings. |

FORM

Payment
by cashier's checks, money order and major credit cards are
welcome. Any convertible foreign currency unit - equivalent
to the amount of the service(s) in US Dollars - is welcome. |

CANCELLATION |
|
|
|
Any
cancellation must be received by Eurasia Turism Ltd. in writing
before it will be processed. Cancellation fees cover the land
& domestic air (within Turkey) portion of the cost of
your program. No cancellation charges are applied within 45
days prior to departure; otherwise, the following scale of
charges will apply.
45-28 days prior to arrival 25%
27-14 days prior to arrival 45%
13-7 days prior to arrival 75%
Later cancellation & non-show 100%

TRANSPORTATION |
|
|
|
Land
transportation is ensured by private motor-coach, mini-van or
car, depending on the size of the group/party. |
|
|
|
GUIDES |
|
|
|
All
our tour guides are carefully selected from those officially
licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Turism. Guides speaking
English, German, French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish are available.
Other languages available on request. |

|
|
SMOKING |
|
|
|
There
is a non smoking policy in our vehicles. |
|
|
|
INSURANCE |
|
|
|
Eurasia
advises a full travel insurance covering; cancellations, health,
accident, and lost baggage or personal effects. |

RESPONSIBILITIES
& LIABILITIES |

|
Responsibility
of Eurasia as a tour operator /or/ their agents is limited.
Eurasia Tourism acts only as an agents for hotels, cars and
coach companies and /or other sub-agents and contractors,
and is only liable for providing the services as advertised.
It cannot accept liability for any losses damages, accidents,
personal injury and change of schedules which occur beyond
its control.
Eurasia cannot be held responsible for the personal conduct
of any tour member. Eurasia reserves the right to decline
to accept, or exclude any applicant from further participation
of the tour if in the sole judgement of Eurasia such participant's
is incompatible with the interest of the group. A proportional
refund for the land program may be made by Eurasia
Handicapped people are welcome but participants requiring
any special form of assistance need to be accompanied by a
helper responsible for providing such assistance. Any disability
requiring special attention or treatment needs to be reported
to Eurasia when booking
Children under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by a
parent or guardian.
